Anyone purchasing from www.baby-years.com has 14 days in which to return any unwanted products in an undamaged, sealed and resaleable condition. All transport fees are met by the purchaser unless returned under a warranty. On receiving returned goods in the above condition, www.baby-years.com will issue a refund or raise a credit note if goods are returned after 14 days.
Before returning any unwanted products back to www.baby-years.com, it is of great importance that www.baby-years.com are aware of the purchasers intention to return any items, and that on doing so, supply a full delivery address, (including full postal code), along with a contact name and telephone number. Failure to supply this information could result in a delay in returning any monies back to the purchaser.
